The Story

I literally don’t know where to start! Well, hey my name is Lydia Ann!

I’m 24 years old from England, UK and I’m currently living in Madrid which is pretty cool even if I do say so myself. I came here to experience a new life! Before I came here, I actually read a book called ‘Get Happy! : Lessons in Lasting Happiness’ written by a guy called Dr Anthony Gunn which has lots of quotes from international speakers and tips to help you find your yellow brick road to happiness! This book inspired me to travel and learn a language so thank you, Dr Gunn, for motivating me to just go for it! 

The purpose of this blog is to share my adventures with others and inspire them to travel. You don’t always need a tone of money to change your life and have the most amazing new experiences, trust me my financial situation was a mess before a came here and still is…but I’m having the best time travelling and living in Madrid!

I’d really like to give my readers some travel tips and friendly advice. I'm super excited to share with you my favourite things to see and do around the world!
